End User License Agreement.
IMPORTANT – YOU MUST HAVE
READ AND AGREED WITH THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT BEFORE USING, COPYING, DOWNLOADING,
INSTALLING OR IN ANY WAY ACCESSING THIS SOFTWARE.
License Terms
In the context of this
license “Software” refers to all executables, data files, documentation and
other associated files (incorporated or otherwise) up to but not including
third party software and/or data.
License Agreement

This license applies to the
“software” including both historic & future versions. We reserve the right to amend or alter without prior notice.
1.
General License. The
supplied “software” is licensed, not sold, to you the user (“licensee”) by Pokerstudent.co.uk
for use only under the terms of this license and Pokerstudent.co.uk reserves any
rights not expressly granted to the licensee.
2.
The licensee is hereby
granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use one
copy of the software on a single computer.
3.
Restrictions.
a) You do not have the right in any way to attempt to
reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise decompile the software.
b) You may not modify, translate or transfer the
“software” other than in accordance with the terms of this license agreement.
c) You may not attempt to bypass any licensing,
registration or copy protection that is a part of the “software”.
d) You may not loan, lease, rent or redistribute the
“software” in any form, or any derivative works based wholly or in part upon
the “software”.
e) The “software” may not be used in any way that could
endanger or cause harm to any persons directly or indirectly, financially or
otherwise. This software is not designed to
provide an “edge” in any way, but merely to assist with the timing of the game.
f)
The “software” may not
be used in any way that is in contravention, or could lead to the contravention
of any legal restrictions, gambling or otherwise, in the country in which it is
used.
4.
Backup. You may make one
copy of the “software” for you own personal backup purposes in accordance with
the restrictions specified in section 2.
5.
Updates and Upgrades. If
the “software” is received as an update or upgrade it may be used only to
replace an existing validly licensed version of the same software and does not
constitute the granting of a second license.
6.
Liability Disclaimer.
The “Software” is provided “as is”, without any representation or warranty of
any kind including, but without limitation to, any representations or
endorsements regarding the use of, the results of, or performance of the
product, its appropriateness, accuracy, reliability, or correctness. The
licensee assumes the entire risk as to the use of this product. Pokerstudent.co.uk
does and will not assume liability for the use of the “Software” beyond its
original purchase price and will in no way be liable for any additional damages
resulting directly or indirectly from any defects or the use or inability to
use the “Software”.
7.
The licensee agrees to
defend and indemnify Pokerstudent.co.uk
as well as any other persons or companies that contributed to or were involved
with the creation or sale of the “Software” in part or whole and hold the them
harmless from all claims, losses, damages, complaints or expenses resulting
from the licensee’s business or personal practices.
8.
This license is valid
immediately upon whichever occurs first, the first use of the “software” which
constitutes the acceptance of this agreement or the successful download of the
“software” which is contingent upon the acceptance of these terms.
9.
This license agreement
may be terminated at any time by the license provider upon any breach of the
agreement by the licensee at which time the licensee agrees to return and/or
destroy all copies of the “Software” in their possession at their own expense.
10. Trial version exceptions. The trial version of the
“software” may be freely redistributed provided it is redistributed in full and
without modification. The trial version
is supplied for evaluation purposes only and all other terms and conditions of
this agreement apply.
